- What is the latest time that we can make a reservation prior to our travel?
You can make your reservation either by a phone call to our office or via our online reservation system on our website 24 hours prior to your departure date.
- Do we need to have our passports whilst making our reservation ?
We do need to have your passport details whilst you are making your reservation. The details which we require are; name, surname, date of birth, passport number and nationality.
- How long does the trip take from Bodrum to Kos?
The trip takes around 20 minutes depending on weather conditions.
- How early should the passengers be ready at the cruise port for passport formalities
and etc ?
Passengers are required to be ready at least 1 hour before the departure time for passport formalities.
- What are the formalities when we come to the port ?
You are requested to contact our check-in office at the cruise port and get your boarding cards from the desk. It is not possible to pass through passport and customs' gates controls without having a boarding card.
- Is there any place where we can buy food and beverages on board?
There is a kiosk in the main passenger saloon where you can buy fruit juices, coffee, tea, water, cakes and potato chips.
- Are the seats marked with a number ?
Seats have no numbers. You are welcome to choose anyone to your liking.
- Is there any restriction for personal luggage amount?
Personal luggages are accepted aboard within considerable weight and size. Heavy and large items those required to be declared to customs, can be carried by cargo ships only.
- Can we carry cargo between Bodrum and Kos ?
Importation and exportation items are carried by our passenger-cargo-vehicle ferry. Please contact our head office for further details.
